DOLE gives DONUM a Pink slip of Health

The Department of Labor and Employment Regional Office IV-A (DOLE) issued DONUM Industrial Corporation a “Pink Slip of Health” This signifies that DONUM successfully passed the DOLE’s intense scrutiny of the company’s labor practices.
The inspection conducted last March 20, 2025 is a result of DOLE Department Order No. 234 series of 2023 that allows a DOLE labor inspector to conduct a review of the company’s employment records, interview workers and inspect the company premises. The audit is quite thorough and a 2nd inspection may be triggered by the slightest of anomalies or the absence of certain permits. However, following the audit, the DOLE labor inspector passed DONUM with flying colors! In her words “Based on interviews of workers, documents presented and inspection of the workplace, DONUM is compliant with General Labor Standards and Occupational Safety and Health Standards.”
