BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering of its equivalent.
• Proven experience in mechanical design, preferably in the aggregates and crushing plant industry, or steel structure design and detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software.
• A strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, material properties, and fabrication processes to develop practical and efficient designs.
• High Analytical skills with exceptional problem solving abilities and strong attention to detail that ensures accuracy in designs and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills – must be able to effectively explain
• complex design ideas to clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Experience in leading projects i.e. can prepare cost estimates and manage budgets.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team – incorporating feedback from others to enhance/improve designs.
